ABOUT US

Hi, we are Iain and Amanda Burrup. We live in the beautiful Cotswolds area of the United Kingdom, and purchased our three dream Florida vacation homes in 2004 (The Palm), 2005 (Still Waters) and 2006 (Sandpipers).

We try to visit at least three times a year, to get our sunshine fix and for Iain to play a little golf.  Regular visiting also gives us an opportunity to ensure that our homes are being maintained and cared for to our high standards by our management company.

Our aim is to ensure our guests love our villas as much as we do.  We have furnished them as we would like in our own home, and are always looking for new ways of creating an even more delightful and comfortable environment for your vacation.  We have many repeat guests and many wonderful reviews, which shows we seem to be doing something right!

Our villas have been host to honeymooners (who now come back to celebrate their anniversaries), families with small or more grown up children, groups of friends golfing or shopping – and others who simply want to relax and enjoy some fabulous weather in a fabulous location.  We have welcomed guests from USA, Canada, Brazil, Australia, Sweden, Iceland, Switzerland, The Netherlands and Germany, as well as the UK.
