'Sandpipers' is a perfect vacation choice if you appreciate privacy and tranquillity in stylish surroundings, yet want the convenience of being just minutes away from the Orlando Theme Parks, shopping & Golf Courses. It's set on a premier lot at Weston Hills, a small, exclusive, gated community located on US27 exactly 3 miles north of its junction with the 192. As you drive through the electric gates you will notice how beautifully kept everything is, with a tree-lined avenue and well maintained flower borders. Weston Hills is very quiet with a high proportion of residential, rather than solely vacation homes. Disney World is an easy 15 minutes drive. Shops (inc. a Wal-Mart Superstore), restaurants, gas station and pharmacy are all within just a few minutes drive, as of course are many Golf Courses. Universal Studios, Sea World & Aquatica may be reached in about 20 minutes. Weston Hills is a few miles from Lake Louisa State Park, with its own beach, nature trails and fishing. Outdoor Floridian

The fabulous large pool & spa have a spectacular background of trees and tropical planting. The private, extended south and west facing deck gives you the benefit of enjoying maximum sun AND the spectacular Florida sunsets. If you need to escape the sun’s rays, the spacious lanai provides plenty of cover and has a ceiling fan for extra cooling. With lots of super-comfortable padded pool furniture, tables, a hammock, sun-umbrellas and a gas BBQ grill, this is a fabulous place to enjoy an al fresco lunch or dinner. Enjoy the far-reaching views over Conservation Wetlands - you will feel a million miles away from the hustle and bustle of the theme parks and shopping malls, with no rear neighbours to disturb your outdoor living enjoyment. In the evening, garden and pool lighting create a special ambience whilst dining outside or enjoying a late night swim or wind-down session in the spa. Our salt-treated pool and spa is a natural alternative to "pool chlorine" chemicals. It offers our guests the luxury and the natural healthy benefits of swimming in crystal clear, mild salt water (only half as salty as your own tear drops). No more red eyes, green hair or irritated eyes or skin. It is environmentally positive and ecologically sound - most or all of the regular chemicals dumped into pools eventually end up polluting our environment in one way or another. This system uses only pure, natural salt - and recycles that salt continuously.
Find Your Sanctuary at "Sandpipers" Entry to 'Sandpipers' is by a coded electronic key lock, so there's no hassle going elsewhere first to collect keys. You walk in to the lovely Living Room, with sofa, love seat and chaise. There is a Slate Bed Billiard Table at the rear of the Living Room. The open plan rear of the house overlooks the pool and deck and includes a large well-equipped Kitchen with granite tops, gas oven and four-burner hob, a Dining Area, and huge Family Room with Cable TV with 46 ins. flat screen, plus an iPod dock/speakers and a DVD player and film collection. There is a Powder Room, and a Utility Room with large washer & separate dryer. From here you access the 2 car Garage which has the convenience of an automatic door opener. All 5 Bedrooms are upstairs, with the flexible layout providing 3 en-suite bathrooms for up to 6 guests, or at least one en-suite for parties up to 10. There are 2 King bedrooms, a Queen bedroom, a bedroom with full and single beds, and a bedroom with 2 single beds. 'Sandpipers' is fully air-conditioned, with ceiling fans in all bedrooms for your extra comfort. Heating is available for the chillier winter months.

'Sandpipers'
includes many upgrades to enhance your vacation enjoyment, and you can
expect to find many little extra touches that are unusual in a vacation home.
And with 3000 sq ft of air-conditioned living space and a huge deck area,
you and your family will never feel cramped, inside or out.
Our home has the benefit
of free high speed wireless internet with a personal computer and
printer, but bring your laptop if you
fancy surfing the internet outside on the pool deck sipping a cool drink! You can make
free local phone calls from the villa, if calling long distance you can
buy an inexpensive pre-paid phone card from the supermarkets or
pharmacies. There is a TV & DVD player in each bedroom, plus an
X-Box games console in the twin bedroom (bring or hire your
own games). For your peace of mind, we have installed a safe for guests'
small valuables, and the house is fitted with a monitored Brinks Security System.
Two Travel cots (cribs), a High Chair, Stair guard & Stroller are provided free of
charge if required. A child-safety alarm is fitted to the door
opening to the pool area. Smoke-detectors, fire-extinguishers and emergency
lighting have been installed for your safety and peace of mind.
'Sandpipers' is fully licensed by the State of Florida for short-term letting.
