ALL PRICES INCLUDE FLORIDA SALES & TOURIST TAX
Rental rates include: tax, utilities, bed linen, towels, pool towels, unlimited high speed broadband internet access, local phone calls.
Each villa includes free use of a child's travel cot (crib), high chair & stroller, + a stair gate at "Still Waters" and "Sandpipers".
There is a cleaning charge of £55 ($110) for stays of 7 nights or less.
A Gas BBQ may be rented for £35 ($70) per week, including cleaning.
POOL & SPA HEATING 2008 costs
"The Palm" Electric heating for the pool and in-ground spa is £100
($200) per week from October-April and is not optional during these months. From
May-September, due to the solar heating, pool/spa heating is not normally required, but is available
if required at a discounted rate of £50 ($100) per week.
"Still Waters" Electric heating for the pool is £100 ($200) per week from October-April and is not optional during these months. Heating for the Hot Tub only is £35 ($70) per week, all year. From May-September pool heating is optional, but is recommended for your additional enjoyment, and is offered at the discounted rate of £50 ($100) per week.
"Sandpipers" Electric heating for the pool and in-ground spa is £110 ($220) per week from October-April and is not optional during these months. From May-September, heating is optional, but is recommended for your additional enjoyment, and is offered at the discounted rate of £75 ($150) per week. It is not possible to have spa heat without pool heat.

PAYMENT TERMS
A non-refundable 20% deposit is needed to confirm your booking, and must be paid by Credit Card only (no service charge). The balance becomes due 8 weeks prior to your arrival. Payment must be made in full at the time of booking if arrival is less than 8 weeks time.
A security bond of £250/$495 is payable with your final balance, this will normally be returned within 2 weeks following your departure, subject to there being no damage or loss at the villa.
Balance payments may be made by cheque (£sterling or $US) mailed to us either in the UK or US, online internet banking (UK only) or by Mastercard/VISA/Paypal (3% service charge). Credit Card payments made in £sterling will be converted to $US at the current business rate.
